At Chordano.com, we take pride in providing high-quality, custom-made products. Since all items are print-on-demand (POD) and made to order, we have specific return and refund policies to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.
1. Returns & Exchanges
As each product is custom-printed when you place an order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
❌ Buyer’s remorse (change of mind, wrong size selection)
❌ Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
❌ Minor color variations due to screen differences
However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.
2. Eligibility for Refunds & Replacements
We will process a refund or replacement if:
✅ Your item arrives damaged or defective
✅ You receive the wrong product, size, or design
✅ Your order is lost in transit (confirmed by tracking)
To request a refund or replacement, you must:

📸 Provide clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
Once approved, we will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.
3. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds are processed within 3 – 5 business days after approval.
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
4. Order Cancellations & Modifications
Since all orders are processed immediately, cancellations or modifications are only possible within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, production begins, and we cannot make changes.
