4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing time: Each product will have a different production time (normally 2-5 business day)
  • Shipping time varies based on location:
    • USA: 10 -15 business days
    • Europe: 7-15 business days
    • International: 10-20 business days
  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect addresses.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • We only accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
